In the video, Ruiz is seen secretly taking a card from his discard pile and keeping it on his lap. This action allowed him to later add the hidden card to his hand, giving him an edge during the Pokemon Trading Card Game match that wasn’t fair. It was later reported by other users that Ruiz had been disqualified from another match in the tournament, but the reason for this disqualification wasn’t made public.
