Pokémon TCG Pocket Trailer Reveals October 2024 Release Date

Today, Creatures Inc., the developers, officially announced in a fresh trailer that the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket will debut on October 30, 2024. This sneak peek at the game encourages enthusiasts to sign up for early access right away.

Today’s sneak peek highlights an assortment of booster packs and cards featuring classic Pokémon such as Squirtle, Charizard, and Greninja among others.

Additionally, it previews the UI for fights, unwrapping packs, swapping cards, and crucial gameplay elements. The video concludes with a sneak peek at the engaging card system, which is set to star Mewtwo, allowing players to dive into the very world of the card.

The ending of today’s trailer indicates that the visuals and content shown are from a work-in-progress project, which means that both the artwork and storyline may undergo modifications before completion.

Additionally, it hints at the fact that the Pokémon TCG Pocket game will begin as a free experience in October, offering additional in-game items for purchase if desired. Pre-registering for this game might yield advantages down the line, but the current trailer doesn’t guarantee this perk yet.

Back in February 2024, during the most recent Pokémon Presents event, it was revealed that the Pokémon Company would be launching a new product called Pokémon TCG Pocket.

As stated on the game’s official website, it boasts both nostalgic art reminiscent of the past and unique, exclusive cards specifically designed for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket.

Enthusiasts of Pokémon are eagerly anticipating updates on Pokémon Legends Z-A, set to launch globally in 2025. Lately, there have even been rumors circulating that the Pokémon franchise might be adapted into a live-action TV series for Netflix.
