Following a span of seven years and multiple revisions totaling 35, the developer Evil Empire has released what is said to be the last update for the game Dead Cells.

Titled “The Countdown Begins,” this latest release introduces modifications to the widely-used Curse system featuring three novel mob types, three unique weapons, and three distinct mutation options. Additionally, players can opt for a fresh biome impact.
