Anno 117 doesn’t have an undo feature, but you can remove buildings and roads using the Demolish Tool, which you can access with these buttons.

Move your mouse over buildings to highlight them in red. Clicking on a building will destroy it. While some buildings are useful at the beginning of the game, you may want to remove them later to make room for better options or to free up space.

How To Build Diagonally In Anno 117: Pax Romana
The latest Anno games now let you build diagonally, which can create a more organic look, especially in areas like countryside settlements. You can easily turn this feature on or off.

So, some buildings, like houses, have a few different styles you can pick from, but usually the game just chooses randomly. But if I want all the houses in a row to look exactly the same – same style and even facing the same direction – I can use the Cosmetic Tool to make it happen.
