As an enthusiast, I’ve noticed that weapon crates or boss chests sometimes contain the elusive Stun Baton. Interestingly, these items can’t be mended, but they might already be upgraded when you find them!
To obtain the Stun Baton’s BP pieces, head to Holt Town, a sizable Stronghold situated northeast of Tall Grass Inn in Chalk Peak. You can find the fragments inside the Mystical Crate located within the grand museum positioned at the heart of the town.
Upon entering the museum, make your way up to the second floor using any elevator available. But be warned, this action will trigger a full lockdown, and Deviants will pursue you. In such close quarters, an Area of Effect weapon like Once Human’s Frozen Northern Pike works well for combat. When you reach the second floor, signs will guide you towards a sealed-off part of the building, but it will be locked. To unlock the door, search for a keycard on one of the long tables scattered around the second floor.
1. Retrieve the keycard, unlock the door, and deal with the intruders within. Unlock the enigmatic chest to recover pieces of the Stun Baton, then choose between returning home or investigating further in the Stronghold. The museum lockdown will end once all intruders are neutralized, but you could always use the elevator in the Mystical Crate area for an escape route.
Stun Baton Stats And Special Effects
In the game “Once Human,” the Stun Baton is one of the rare melee weapons that can cause Status damage. This specific weapon has an 80% chance to trigger a Power Surge effect on light attacks, adding extra Shock Damage and reducing the enemy’s accuracy by 40 for a brief period. Heavy attacks with the Stun Baton also deliver additional Shock Damage to enemies already affected by Power Surge.
By default, a Tier V Stun Baton with a non-enhanced blueprint has the following stats:
- Damage: 1064
- Attack Speed: Average
- Attack Range: Average
- Crit Rate: 5%
- Weakspot DMG: 20%
- Crit DMG: 25%
To enhance the basic damage of this weapon, you can use Operator-marked weapon shards on the Enhancement menu. To find out which tag a weapon has, go to the Blueprints section and examine its icon.
