Keep along the perimeter and do not enter any open doors until you reach the Lower Pagoda Keeper’s Shrine. From there, make a left turn and then take a sharp right. Continue straight until you encounter a dead-end. Instead of retracting your steps, exit through the open door ahead. Stop when you reach the lantern by the partially opened gate.
Venture inside, ascend the stairway until you get to the top. Turn right upon reaching the summit, and if any adversaries present themselves, deal with them accordingly. Further ahead, you’ll notice a wooden plank that you need to traverse. Given there’s an archer in this area, utilize your Cloud Step ability to bypass unnoticed. From here, proceed by turning right then left, continue walking until you spot an enemy close to a slope.
Climb the hill, pass by an adversary, and you’ll find the Upper Pagoda Keeper’s Sanctuary. Once there, interact with the sanctuary to save your game progress.
Afterward, reenter and glance to the right where numerous stone statues are located. From this spot, tread cautiously to descend, which will instigate a battle with Captain Lotus-Vision, the Yaoguai leader. Therefore, although it’s unlikely to create significant issues, it’s still advisable to be prepared.

Upon defeating it, you’ll acquire its spirit. This will allow you to remove all the purple seals from the doors in the Pagoda Realm, enabling you to open them without further delays. These sealed doors include one that holds a captive prisoner.
