The Dragoon Lance, oh boy, that’s one weapon that knows how to pack a punch! It might be a bit high-maintenance, but when it comes to taking down an enemy in a flash, there’s nothing quite like it.
In the game Earth Defense Force 6 , the Wing Diver character can be likened to the Valkyrie on a battlefield. Unlike other classes, they possess the unique capability of flying without relying on any vehicles. Most of their weapons are energy-powered rather than conventional ammunition. However, the Valiant Saber is worth the close quarters combat due to its exceptional power.
Even if a Wing Diver is expertly avoiding almost all danger, on the higher levels (on the higher difficulties like Hardest and Inferno) it’s almost impossible to completely avoid enemies getting up close and personal. In these situations, the Valiant Saber is a literal lifesaver, as the damage it outputs per swing is usually enough to one-shot most mobs in a single hit if not two.
9 Blinkball FZ

One of the biggest downsides of playing Wingdiver is that most of the weaponry, while incredibly strong, is pretty complicated and typically has just as many downsides as they do benefits. So, the Blinkball being just a simple ‘throw and explode’ grenade is pretty helpful for when a Wing Diver just needs to output some high damage in one specific spot without considering their energy levels, charge-up time, lock-on time, or anything else like that.
8 Bolt Shooter ZF

Now this next opinion might be controversial, but the Bolt Shooter is probably our favorite long-range Wing Diver option in Earth Defense Force 6. While the amount of energy it demands for each reload is pretty absurd, the range of this weapon, the simplicity, and the DPS easily cancel out any downsides.
The Bolt Shooter is a straightforward weapon that shoots bolts of energy accurately at any target, making it ideal for eliminating multiple enemies or tough opponents during missions, especially on higher difficulty levels like Inferno. However, be cautious when reloading as it tends to drain the Wing Diver’s Energy Core completely and even more after refilling, so keep a safe distance from enemies while doing so.
7 Reflectron Five-Way Laser ZD

Unlike other weapons that are included for their straightforwardness, the Reflectron Five-Way Laser stands out due to its complexity. In fact, wielding this weapon often makes it challenging to discern events clearly, as the multiple laser beams create a chaotic display on the screen.
In terms of swiftly eliminating groups of enemies within a confined space, the Reflectron Five-Way Laser is an outstanding option. For us, the Gleiphnir stands out as our preferred Grenade (I.O.E) for the Wing Diver character in the game. The main reason is its sheer satisfaction factor. When you press the Equipment button, your Wing Diver will hurl this item. After traveling a short distance, the Gleiphnir hovers mid-air and starts firing numerous energy bolts upwards.
This weapon, known as the Gleiphnir, seeks out and attacks any adversaries within its range. Each impact causes a reasonable amount of damage. It’s an excellent choice when facing multiple enemies, particularly for those who prefer to divert their foes. Often, the Gleiphnir manages to decimate a significant portion of the enemy group before exhausting its power. The main disadvantage is its lengthy recharge period, but considering its strength, this is understandable.
4 Dragoon Lance ZM

Newbies can obtain simpler versions of the Spark Whip at an early stage, giving them a chance to familiarize themselves with this weapon and learn when best to employ it. They’ll acquire more advanced (and significantly powerful) versions of it only on Inferno Difficulty level.

However, when facing elite enemies, it’s generally not advisable to use this weapon. Nevertheless, for its intended purpose, it performs exceptionally well.
