The Best Star Citizen Credit Farm in 4.4.0

In Star Citizen, money—specifically, United Earth Credit (UEC)—is essential. You’ll use it to buy almost everything, including weapons, equipment, supplies, and even spaceships. You earn credits through most activities in the game, but some jobs are more profitable than others. If you want to quickly upgrade your gear or expand your fleet, focus on high-paying contracts that offer substantial rewards.

The early version of Star Citizen currently uses aUEC, which stands for Alpha United Earth Credits. When the game is officially released, the in-game money will just be called UEC.

How to Make Money Fast in Star Citizen

If you’re completely new to the game, just choose the missions that sound most fun to you. Bounty hunting is a good way to earn some quick and easy money – often, you’ll only need to eliminate a single target, which is less dangerous than other types of combat missions. If you’re looking for more action, try the Mercenary contracts, but avoid the ones that involve killing creatures. Don’t worry too much about where you start in Star Citizen; your starting location won’t significantly impact your early earnings.

As you finish tasks for a group, you’ll improve your standing with them. You can see which group is offering a job by checking the top-right corner of a post on the Contracts screen in your mobiGlas. We suggest focusing on one quest giver at a time to unlock more challenging and rewarding missions. To check your current reputation with a group, open your mobiGlas and go to the Rep tab.

Best Missions for Money

If you enjoy fighting, Defend Site missions offer quick, ground-based battles against enemy soldiers. The goal is simple: defeat all incoming waves of enemies. These missions usually take less than 5 minutes, but be warned – they can be dangerous, so stay alert and play carefully!

If you’re willing to take on a bit more challenging work, head to the Contracts menu on your mobiGlas and switch the ‘Verified’ toggle to ‘Unverified’. This will display missions offered by Headhunters and Vaughn. Vaughn’s missions are generally simpler and faster to finish, but they require a capable combat ship – something like an Andromeda or Taurus. If you don’t own one, you can always rent one.

Vaughn offers missions one right after another, making him a great option if you’re looking to earn money by fighting. Just be aware that taking on his jobs will raise your Crime Stat. To really boost your profits, remember to salvage anything valuable from the ships you destroy and then sell the loot.

While Mining and Hauling can be profitable, they usually take more time and aren’t as thrilling as combat-focused missions. However, they offer a different kind of reward and are perfect for players who want a break from fighting. Mining, in particular, requires some preparation – you’ll need to acquire a suitable ship and the right equipment to get started.

Taking on bounty missions in the Pyro system is more dangerous than in Stanton, but the payouts are bigger. Keep in mind, though, that completing these missions won’t improve your reputation with any contacts.
