Stalker: Legends of the Zone Coming to Nintendo in November

As a long-time Stalker fan who has navigated the irradiated wastelands of the Zone countless times, I can hardly contain my excitement about the upcoming release of Stalker: Legends of the Zone on Nintendo Switch! This is a monumental moment for the series, and for me personally, as it marks the first time any Stalker game has graced a Nintendo console.

Game developer GSC Game World has announced that Stalker: Legends of the Zone, which combines three popular Stalker games, will debut on the Nintendo Switch in November. This is the first time any Stalker game has been made available for a Nintendo console. So, players can look forward to playing Shadow of Chornobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat all together on Nintendo’s primary platform. The option to buy each game separately or as a bundle will be provided.

For The First Time

Game studio GSC Game World revealed that the Stalker trilogy will be released on the Nintendo Switch, not just that, but they’ve also finely tuned these games for this portable device. This means it can take advantage of the Switch’s multiple modes, gyroscope functionality, and touchscreen controls.

The iconic Stalker series, which originated over two decades ago, is known for its first-person survival shooter gameplay. Currently, the developers at GSC Game World are busy creating Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, an expansive open-world game that enthusiasts of the franchise have been anxiously looking forward to for several years now.

The launch has been postponed, but it’s expected to release by November 20. This timeline coincides with when we anticipate the Legends of the Zone bundle will become available on the Nintendo Switch.

Through that action, GSC Game World guarantees an intense, post-apocalyptic series experience for all, making it suitably terrifying.
