The majority of the bosses in Chapter 5 appear along the critical path, and

Black Myth Wukong: Furnace Valley Boss Locations

Flint Chief (Chief)

To challenge the Flint Chief, head towards the Valley Entrance Keeper’s Shrine. Ensure you have the Fireproof Mantle from Black Myth: Wukong in your equipment, then follow this particular route:

  1. Follow the path beyond the Keeper’s Shrine to reach a large stone arch.
  2. Pass under the arch, and fall from the left side of the cliff.
  3. Turn left, and attack the rocks.

There’s a cart with a tether, located in the danger zone filled with molten lava just prior to where Flint Chief stands. This cart is crucial for Horse Guai’s mission, but players are advised not to tug on its rope until they have interacted with that character in every previous level first.

Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai

In this guide, we’ve included an enemy called Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai, even though it doesn’t have a specific journal entry. This enemy is similar to a boss in terms of its health bar. To locate the Nine-Capped Lingzhi Guai, players should head towards the Ashen Pass III Keeper’s Shrine. Once there, they should proceed to the right of the checkpoint and collect the mushrooms that can be found in that area.

Flint Vanguard (Chief)

When gamers arrive at the Shrine of the Crater Keeper in the Fallen Furnace, they should retrace their steps down the hill, maintaining a watchful eye on the trail’s left side. You see, the evasive metal ball that action RPG enthusiasts have been dodging has created a path on that side, leading to an arena marked by several large, luminescent stones. Engaging these items will trigger a battle with the Flint Vanguard.

Mother of Flamlings (Chief)

Once you’ve defeated the Flint Vanguard, players should make their way out through the back-right corner of its arena and continue along the path to enter another open space. In this second arena, there is a glowing mark on the ground that players with an affinity for RPG games will need to approach. To summon the Mother of Flamlings, they should place four pieces of Flame Ore at this luminous spot.

Players can earn Flame Ore by dispatching the Lesser Yaoguai in the Mother of Flamlings’ arena.

Rusty-Gold Cart (Chief)

As a gamer navigating through Black Myth: Wukong, I stumbled upon the Yaoguai Chief not far from the Cooling Slope Keeper’s Shrine. To reach this shrine, you need to make your way out of the Mother of Flamlings’ arena, specifically through the back-right corner. Once you exit, simply follow the path that unfolds before you.

Baw-Lang-lang (Chief)

After wrapping up the Five Element Carts quest and shattering the ice barrier in Rusty-Gold Cart’s battlefield, players are advised to revisit the Cooling Slope Keeper’s Sanctum. Adventurers should proceed through the gap once occupied by the ice wall, follow the ramp downwards, and swim leftwards into the water to locate Baw-Lang-lang.

Red Boy & Yakasha King (King)

These are the final bosses in Chapter 5, and players will find them in the arena beyond the Fallen Furnace Crater Keeper’s Shrine.
