Bellwright is a role-playing game set in the medieval era where you lead a revolt against a dishonest king. You’ll battle enemies with weapons, but also need to liberate towns, gather supplies, and defend your territory from attackers.
Bellwright is available now on Steam as an Early Access game, and it’s currently on sale for $34 off – one of the biggest discounts yet! It’s a great time to start playing because a huge new update called Maiden Voyages launches on December 9th, bringing lots of fresh content to the game.

Okay, so the new Maiden Voyages update just dropped, and it’s HUGE! They’ve added the Halmare Isles, which is a totally new map – seriously, over 10 square kilometers of stuff to explore. There are new quests, ways to level up, and even a whole loyalty and faction system to get into. It basically makes the game world 25% bigger, which is awesome! I can’t wait to dive in and check it all out.
The new Maiden Voyages update introduces the Halmare Isles, as well as several other improvements. Players can now use controllers, establish trade routes between their settlements with caravans, and build defensive walls to protect them.
The game will receive several updates to its core features, including a better character creator, new weapons and cloaks, and a more realistic system for blocking building placement. The Halmare Isles expansion will add new animals, building options, and equipment to the game as well.
Bellwright isn’t fully finished yet – it’s still a few years away from its final release. However, the developers are making great progress and expanding the game significantly. The ‘Maiden Voyage’ update is a major part of this, adding lots of new content and giving players more areas to explore and dominate.
