UFL Launch Suddenly Pushed Back To December By Strikerz

As a dedicated gamer with over two decades of experience under my belt, I can’t help but feel a mix of emotions about the UFL delay. On one hand, I appreciate Strikerz Inc.’s commitment to quality and their desire to deliver an exceptional gaming experience. However, as someone who eagerly joined the open beta test and pledged my hard-earned cash for early access, I can’t help but feel a twinge of disappointment at having to wait three extra months.

As a passionate fan eagerly waiting for the release of UFL, the captivating free-to-play football game from Strikerz Inc., I was thrilled when I learned it was slated for launch on September 12. However, my excitement took a brief pause as the developer unexpectedly delayed the game by three months, pushing back its release to December 2024. The delay, according to Strikerz Inc., is to ensure that the game meets their high standards and delivers an exceptional experience for players like me.

Already Popular

A few weeks back, UFL conducted an extremely popular open beta trial that attracted over two million participants. Quite a number of these players chose to invest money on UFL, enabling them to get early access to the complete version of the game, which was about to start soon.

These players are particularly bothered because their early access period has been pushed back, meaning they won’t receive it until late November instead.

In a statement published on the UFL site, it was explained:

After carefully reviewing your feedback and examining extensive game data, we’ve chosen to postpone the launch of UFL. Here’s why we’re making this move and what it implies for you. Rather than releasing the game on time, we think it would be beneficial to spend a bit more time refining it so we can deliver an exceptional gaming experience.

Most problems we’re addressing involve enhancing and refining aspects that shape the overall gaming experience, aiming to deliver a football game that not only lives up to our expectations, but also exceeds yours.

The release date for UFL has been changed from September 12 to December 5. However, if you’ve already pre-ordered and made your payment, you’ll gain access to the game a bit earlier on November 28.

Many have slammed this decision as irresponsible, explaining that UFL will now be forgotten as EA Sports FC 25 will be released at the end of September and will be the priority title for soccer fans.
