The new Mega Dimension DLC for Pokémon Legends: Z-A is now available, and it’s great news for players trying to get the Shiny Charm! It eliminates a previously frustrating task, making the process much easier.
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you get the Shiny Charm by fully completing Mable’s Research Tasks. Getting it used to be a really long and repetitive process, but thankfully, that’s no longer the case.
Mega Dimension DLC Removes Tiresome Shiny Charm Requirement
In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, getting the Shiny Charm required players to finish nearly all of Mable’s research assignments. Specifically, there was one task that absolutely had to be completed before the Charm could be obtained.
Man, getting the final reward in this game was a serious grind! I had to win a ridiculous 1,000 matches, and basically just keep replaying the Z-A Royale and beating trainers over and over again. It felt endless!
With the release of the Mega Dimension DLC, players can now get the Shiny Charm in a new way. Mable offers Research Tasks that, when completed, allow you to earn the Charm without needing to win 1,000 battles.
While the new tasks won’t help players who’ve already worked hard to get the charm that makes Shiny Pokémon appear more often, they’re a great addition for anyone still trying to earn it.
Okay, so the game isn’t over yet! There’s a bunch of new Research Tasks, and honestly, they’re pretty fun. I’m exploring this area called Hyperspace Lumiose, trying to find new Pokémon and unlock Mega Evolutions. It’s all about jumping into these little Hyperspace pockets. The best part? These new tasks are way more manageable than having to win 1,000 battles – thank goodness for that!
