The Mega Dimension DLC for Pokemon Legends: Z-A introduces 25 new Mega Evolutions. While a couple of these forms have appeared in older games, most are completely new and designed for this expansion. When combined with the 70 Mega Evolutions already in the base game, Pokemon Legends: Z-A now boasts a total of 95 Mega Evolutions.
Most of the new Mega Evolutions become available as soon as the expansion launches. However, some will be released later. Mega Baxcalibur, Sceptile, Blaziken, and Swampert will become available in future ranked battle seasons, and the special mission to get Mega Garchomp Z will be distributed soon as a Mystery Gift.
