Black Myth: Wukong All Skandha Locations (& What They Do)

Black Myth: Wukong All Skandha Locations (& What They Do)

As a seasoned gamer with years of adventure under my belt, I can confidently say that the journey through “Black Myth: Wukong” has been nothing short of enchanting. The quest for the Skandhas, these seemingly innocuous items, has been a thrilling chase, reminiscent of the time I spent searching for all the Power Stars in Super Mario 64.

At the start of the game, Black Myth: Wukong introduces a monkey close to Buddha’s face. Upon approaching, the monkey scampers off, leaving behind something called the Skandha of Form.

When players grab the object, they’ll discover no initial purpose for it. Instead, it’ll stay stored away in their inventory because it’s incapable of performing any actions by itself.

In this game, you’ll find a total of five artifacts known as Skandhas. To utilize these, players of Black Myth: Wukong must collect them all. This guide aims to help you by providing the locations for each and every Skandha, along with instructions on how to use them.

In your journey, the first discovery for players is the “Skandha of Form”. To locate it, exit the Forest Keeper’s Shrine and head straight, crossing the bridge. Once you enter the forest, veer left. You will come across a Buddha statue. Interact with this statue to collect the Skandha of Form.

Skandha of Feeling

To acquire the Skandha of Feeling, players need to gather six items and place them within a stone. Once they’ve done so, they will face the Stone Vanguard in combat. Overcoming this challenge will grant them the Skandha of Feeling.

Skandha of Thought

The Realm of Thought is situated close to the Guardian of Mindfulness’ Sanctuary. Step away from the sanctuary and proceed along the main path. Continue walking until a wooden walkway appears. Stand on it and jump down. Traverse through the spacious cavern and climb the stairs. As you ascend, keep an eye out for a Buddha’s head nearby. Engage with the head to obtain the Skandha of Thought.

Skandha of Choice

The Skandha of Choice can often be located easily. Travel swiftly to the Shrine of the Purifying Spring Keeper in the Webbed Hollow. Once there, stay on the main path. As you ascend your first steps, glance to your left to spot Buddha’s Head. Jump down and retrieve the Skandha of Choice.

Skandha of Consciousness

In Chapter 6, the Yao-guai King named Shigandang, who resides in a rocky region, discards the Skandha of Consciousness. Travel back to where you battled the Stone’s Offspring. Proceed straight and then turn right when you reach the end. Continue on this path until you come across a vast stone sculpture. Descend from there and confront the Giant Shigandang to obtain the Skandha of Consciousness.

Once I’ve seized control of all the Skandha territories, it’s time to head over to the mystical Zodiac Village – a place that becomes accessible once Chen Long’s task is complete. Upon arrival, I’ll have a chat with Xu Dog and hand over my hard-earned Skandhas. In return, he bestows upon me a divine artifact known as the Rejuvenation Orb.
