It’s 1942, and a crucial naval battle is unfolding near Midway Island in the Pacific Ocean – a battle that will significantly impact the course of modern history.

Task Force Admiral, the naval and air strategy game, aims to provide this experience when it launches in early access.

Drydock Dreams Games announced that their game, Task Force Admiral, is scheduled to launch at the end of January, with a possible release in early February if any unexpected issues arise.

The game will launch in early access, but the developers promise that at least the Battle of Midway will be fully playable, offering several different scenarios and ways to experience it.

Task Force Admiral will be priced similarly to Sea Power, another naval strategy game from MicroProse. Sea Power currently costs $49.99, but is available for $39.99 until January 5th.
