Street Fighter 6 character guide video for Terry released

As a seasoned gamer with decades of experience under my belt, I must say that the upcoming addition of Terry Bogard to Street Fighter 6 has me positively salivating like a ravenous wolf, pun intended! His storied history and reputation as a formidable fighter make him an exciting character to play.

Just before the launch of Terry on September 24th for Street Fighter 6, a video tutorial about his character has been made available.

Shortly following M Bison’s debut through the Year 2 Character Pass, fans have been eagerly anticipating playing as Terry. In winter 2025, we can look forward to Mai joining the roster. Elena is expected to conclude the Year 2 lineup in spring 2025.

According to the trailer shared by Capcom, Terry stands out for his exceptional skills in both attack and defense, as well as his impressive repertoire of special moves. For a deeper understanding, check out the detailed eight-and-a-half-minute character guide provided below.

Players who possess or buy either the Year 2 Character Pass or Year 2 Ultimate Pass will gain access to Terry Bogard, known as The Legendary Hungry Wolf. Joining the cunning M. Bison and captivating Terry in the game are Mai (expected early 2025) and Elena (spring 2025), completing the lineup for Year 2 characters. Noteworthy is that Mai will be the second-ever guest character to enter the Street Fighter universe, while Elena will make her comeback since Street Fighter 6.

As per Terry’s official profile, he stands at 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 170lbs, enjoys fast food and video games, but detests cigarettes. Interestingly, you might recognize him as the voice of Michael Allan Schneider. Known as a fervent combatant who perfects his skills during his global travels, he is also famously known as “The Hungry Wolf”. Upon hearing about the Pao Pao Cafe’s opening in Metro City, he made his way there.

From a move-based perspective, it appears he’ll perform much like Ryu and Ken, utilizing ground attacks capable of countering projectiles. So far, he seems quite impressive, and the wait for getting our hands on him is almost over.

Street Fighter 6 is out now for PC, Xbox Series S|X, and PlayStation 5.
