Ghost of Tsushima: All Iki Island Pillar of Honor Locations (& What They Unlock)

As a seasoned traveler and Ghost of Tsushima enthusiast, I must say that these Pillars of Honor have caught my attention. Each one is hidden in a unique location, making the search for them an exciting adventure.

In the game ‘Ghost of Tsushima’, the concept of Pillars of Honor isn’t novel; players have been stumbling upon them since its debut, and they play a crucial role in earning the Lost and Found trophy (although just one is necessary for that). Post the launch of the ‘Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut’, adventurers now have the opportunity to traverse Iki Island. This expansion offers a fresh narrative, as well as newly introduced collectibles – and among them are new Pillars of Honor.

Absolutely, and I must say, the journey isn’t without its perks! Every time I unearth a fresh Pillar of Honor, I’ll be graced with a brand-new sword kit. Regrettably, there’s no trophy to collect for finding them all, but at least I can give Jin a stylish makeover with the new looks that come my way.

Sentinel’s Peak Pillar Of Honor

The inaugural Pillar of Honor can be found atop Sentinel’s Peak. Perched precariously on one of the cliffs, amidst vines and nestled between two trees, you will uncover this pillar. It overlooks a Mongol encampment and can be reached by scaling the cliff adjacent to the camp.

Those daring enough to ascend here shall be rewarded with the “Eternal Hope Bamboo Sword Set,” which boasts a unique design made entirely of bamboo and adorned with a delightful pink cloth wrapping at its tip.

Katayama Market Pillar Of Honor

Heading to some exciting spots nearby! Just south of Katayama Market, you’ll find the Pillar of Honor nestled along the western edge of Zasho River. This landmark is also close to the Cat Sanctuary and an archery challenge. It’s a fantastic area where you can immerse yourself in these three amazing activities!

To obtain the honor of wielding the Stonecutter Sword Kit, players are rewarded upon reaching this monument. The latest addition to the collection seems to be carved from robust granite, featuring a long, vibrant purple blade embedded within the katana’s scabbard.

Saru Island Pillar Of Honor

Near the final Pillar of Honor lies an additional set of tasks for players to accomplish in the vicinity. You’ll find Saru Island nestled within Iki Island’s southern region, sandwiched between Saruiwa Overlook and Saruiwa Mountain. To reach it, you’ll need to swim, but the journey is worthwhile. This island hosts a Bamboo Strike and features Monkey Sanctuaries at both Saruiwa Overlook and Saruiwa.

Individuals embarking on the journey will be rewarded with a Nekoma’s Fang sword set. This set resembles the Stonecutter sword set, but it features scratch marks on the scabbard and gold highlights.

Nakajima Island Pillar of Honor

The last Pillar of Honor is the only one on Iki Island that is not marked on the map in any way. It is located on Nakajima Island, inside the Nakajima Shrine, off the southeastern coast of Iki Island. Players can walk to the island by jumping down to the beach from the cliff facing the ocean. Directly ahead, the entrance to the Nakajima Shrine will be visible. Use it to enter inside.

Climb the steps and push your way through a narrow opening to the left side. Grab the Iron Hook to lower a branch, forming a pathway, then use it to leap down into the following region. Continue along the straight path until you spot a tiny gap near the pond. Utilize this opening to enter the next section of the Shrine, where you’ll find some stairs on your right. The Pillar of Honor is located on that platform. Lift the sword to get the Mashira’s Bite sword set.
