Helldivers 2 Players are Flying Across the Map Thanks to a New Emote Glitch

As a seasoned Helldivers 2 player with countless hours under my belt, I must say, this new emote glitch is nothing short of extraordinary! The ability to fly across the map, albeit in an awkward squat, adds a whole new dimension to the gameplay experience. It’s like soaring through the skies without the need for a spaceship.

In the recent update for Helldivers 2, there’s been a bug related to emotes, which, unintentionally, lets players appear as if they can soar over the game map.

On the r/Helldivers subreddit, a user shared an issue about the Helldivers 2 emote glitch. By walking off a bridge and repeatedly pressing the emote button, players can execute this glitch, causing their characters to fly across the entire map. This action results in them performing odd squats mid-air. However, it appears that mastering this trick is challenging, as one player in the video died instantly when attempting it with a teammate.

It appears that the issue you’re experiencing is related to Helldivers 2 update 1.001.100, which included significant modifications to Anti-Tank capabilities, Armor Penetration, Health and Armor values, as well as weapon and tactical strategy balancing among other things. The developers have already released a hotfix to handle crashes and the shield generator bug, but unfortunately, they haven’t resolved the flying emote glitch yet.
