If you take the time to scavenge the bunkers scattered across Scorched Enclave’s battleground, there are often crates on higher levels that contain these attachments. Remarkably, I once found three attachments within a single crate!

Absolutely, taking attachments during a raid implies that you should also take them out afterwards. If you fail to do so, you miss out on the loot.
