Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered Revealed at State of Play Event

As a seasoned gamer with years of post-apocalyptic exploration under my belt, I can’t help but feel a surge of excitement at the news of Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered. The original game was a masterpiece that took me on an unforgettable journey through a world teeming with mechanical beasts and ancient mysteries. Now, with enhanced visuals and performance, I can’t wait to revisit Aloy’s tale once more.

During PlayStation’s State of Play event today, Guerrilla Games and Nixxes revealed the enhanced version of Horizon Zero Dawn, titled Horizon Zero Dawn: Remastered. This updated edition will offer improved graphics and performance on platforms such as PS5 and PC, available through Epic Games Store and Steam respectively.

As a dedicated fan, I couldn’t help but notice the buzz among fellow enthusiasts about the rumors swirling around Horizon Zero Dawn getting a remastered edition. It seems the cat’s out of the bag with its ESRB rating being leaked prematurely. However, the anticipation has reached new heights as we learn more about this enhanced version! The remastered edition promises an impressive 10 hours of re-recorded motion capture for conversations and graphical upgrades that aim to match the visual splendor of Horizon Forbidden West. I can hardly wait to dive back into this stunning world!

On October 31, 2024, Horizon Zero Dawn will be released in a remastered form; those who currently possess the PS4 edition have the option to upgrade at the cost of $9.99.
