As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of gaming under my belt, I’ve seen Mortal Kombat evolve from its humble arcade beginnings to the powerhouse it is today. The gender swap of Sektor and Cyrax took me by surprise at first, but after getting used to it, I must admit they’re still the cyborgs we know and love.
In Mortal Kombat 1, the transformation of characters Sektor and Cyrax into opposite genders caught many players off guard, leading to some series enthusiasts voicing criticism over their redesigned appearances. However, when it comes to gameplay, they remain equally effective, offering a rich array of moves for each character. Notably, Sektor outshines her counterpart in this aspect, as her Fatalities and Animality are considered superior compared to Cyrax’s.
In Sektor’s Mortal Kombat 1, his Animality transformation turns him into a rhino. He then charges at his opponent, using his horn to scratch them across the ground before stampeding over them, delivering a lethal blow. While it may not be the most impressive Animality introduced in the Khaos Reigns expansion, it’s still an effective finisher that fans of the famous red cyborg shouldn’t overlook; they might want to spend a few minutes getting acquainted with it.

To activate Sektor’s Horn to Wild Animality move in the game, players should press the Back and Forward buttons consecutively, four times, while maintaining a medium distance from the opponent. This action will trigger Sektor’s transformation into a rhino, which she uses to charge at her opponent with her horn, goring them before dragging them across the ground. After a short duration, Sektor lifts her front legs and slams them down on her adversary, resulting in a bloody explosion and the conclusion of her MK1 Animality.
