StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II Are Coming to Xbox Game Pass this November

As a seasoned gamer with over two decades of sci-fi strategy gaming under my belt, I can’t contain my excitement about the StarCraft Remastered and StarCraft II: Campaign Collection coming to Xbox Game Pass!

During the Tokyo Game Show 2024 live stream on Xbox, it was announced that StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II: Campaign Collection will become accessible to Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass subscribers starting November 5, 2024.

StarCraft Remastered enhances the entire science fiction strategy adventure while preserving some classic elements. As an Xbox Game Pass member, you’ll encounter upgraded units, structures, and landscapes, along with superior game sound and higher supported resolutions in this edition. Additionally, you can test out the original three races, delve into the captivating narrative, and engage in the well-loved multiplayer mode.

From a passionate fan’s perspective, StarCraft II: Campaign Collection primarily revolves around the same trio of formidable races. What sets it apart is that it offers the first campaign at no cost, while granting entry to the highly-acclaimed multiplayer experience. Furthermore, this edition introduces new multiplayer modes such as versus and co-op, and players can delve into Custom and Arcade modes as well.
