Crawl through the rocks at the mine’s entrance and fire shots to dislodge boulders at the cave’s end, triggering the Lost Sandcrawler mission. (This is the location where you and Ays were previously attacked during the Defector quest.)
How to Find the First Lost Sandcrawler Treasure
- Get into the abandoned mine in Mos Algo.
- Shoot the boulder at the end of the cave to open the secret path.
- Follow the parkour path until you go down the first two grappling hook spots.
- Shoot the boulder on the right to access the first Lost Sandcrawler treasure.
In an old, deserted mine, you’ll come across a parkour course that leads to its bottom. As you progress past the initial pair of grappling points, you’ll spot a rock blocking a narrow tunnel. Blast it away to create a path and grab the first hidden treasure from the Lost Sandcrawler.
Multiple places for attaching a grappling hook are found within the mine, and the initial treasure lies close to the very first set of hooks you will see upon entering the old, deserted mine.
How to Find the Second Lost Sandcrawler Treasure
- Go down the mine until you find an abandoned facility.
- Shoot the electric receivers here to open the locked doors. (You will need to ask Nix pull the lever afterward.)
- Blow up the cracked floor in the last room using your Blaster.
- Go down and discover the abandoned Sandcrawler.
- Look under the Sandcrawler to find the second lost treasure chest.
As you make your way through the parkour course in the mine, you’ll eventually reach an old, sealed facility. The key to the second treasure lies behind this closed door. To open it, peer through a gap in the wall and fire at the device on the opposite side. Once that’s done, ask Nix to open the window in the adjacent room and shoot the device within to unlock the second door. Finally, employ powerful shots to shatter the damaged floor and leap into the hidden area below.
The second Lost Sandcrawler treasure is located beneath the abandoned Sandcrawler. Sandcrawler is the tank-like vehicle you’ll find in the secret area. Look under its turning rollers (wheels) to find the treasure chest.
