We’re seeing individuals near the wall again. Someone has already defaced it with smears, and more are arriving shortly after. This appears to be some kind of territorial marking. We need to stop them before a larger group gathers.

  • Goal: Kill 3 zombies walking near the camp walls
  • Reward: $1200

These zombie kills need to happen on zombies roaming outside the main camp – not those contained in Quarantine or the cage.

As a movie buff, I’ve learned that in this game, you really need to finish all the side quests you get from the bulletin board before you do that final daily check-in. It’s a bit weird, but if you leave those quests hanging until after that last inspection, the game counts it as a failure, even if you still have time left in the day! It’s like the director yelling ‘cut!’ before you finish your scene, even though the story isn’t over.

Players often haven’t fully explored the camp before starting the Lone Walkers Bulletin Board task, making it difficult to find a safe spot to eliminate zombies from a distance – that’s the biggest challenge with this quest.

The simplest way to climb onto the tower is close to the Liquidation zone, where you’ll also see bodies in body bags. However, this part of the wall is where survivors gather, meaning you won’t find any zombies there.

The Wall & Towers Near The Garage

The garage is where you need to go next. From the main intersection, you have several options – the Laboratory, Checkpoint, or Survivor’s Block. However, instead of going to any of those, go west towards the garage.

Once you’re inside, continue straight ahead towards the section of fence without barbed wire – that’s the gate. After that, you can climb any of the towers.

Killing The Zombies

From the tower, you should be able to see and shoot some zombies, though there won’t be many. If you don’t see at least three to complete the goal, check back later – more will likely appear as you continue to patrol.

Don’t stress about accuracy – you can reload the pistol endlessly. It only takes about three shots to take down a zombie.
