Players have the choice to utilize this optional avatar resembling Roblox. It may be hard to spot unless you know exactly where to find it. However, opting for a male avatar in fashion shows can lead to surprising outcomes.
How to Choose a Boy Avatar in Dress to Impress
Upon entering the “Dress to Impress” world, you’ll initially be designated as a New Model with a female character. It’s common for other players in your vicinity to also appear as females. But fear not! You can customize your character if you wish. To switch to a male character, you need to locate a male mannequin. Remember, these mannequins are mainly used to display clothing options and aren’t playable characters themselves. So, to find a male avatar in “Dress to Impress”, start by facing away from Lina’s Salon and proceed to the end of the room. There, you’ll discover two mannequins that resemble the default player avatars. These are the ones you should choose to change your character’s gender.
On the left side stands a male character model, while the one on the right represents a female. You are required to approach the male model next and engage with it. This action will prompt a warning informing you that all your current clothing and accessories will be removed. If you’re ready for this transformation, click ‘OK’. In the game Dress to Impress, you’ll then switch to being a boy character. However, if you’re not satisfied with the change, simply return to the female model and repeat the process.
As a fan, I’d caution you not to alter your avatar once the majority of the trial period has elapsed. If you proceed, there might not be enough time left for you to achieve the desired appearance.
