In Arknights: Endfield, the OMV Dijiang is the spaceship headquarters for Endfield Industries. Players, as the Endministrator, can use it to create materials, investigate the game’s world, and interact with Operators through conversations and gifts. The Control Nexus has certain limits, but these can be lifted by upgrading it. Here’s a guide on how to do that in Arknights: Endfield.
How To Upgrade Control Nexus In Arknights Endfield
In Arknights: Endfield, you’ll need to complete the Dijiang Upgrade and Maintenance I quest to upgrade the Control Nexus. This quest rewards you with the Algorithm Expansion Chip. Keep in mind that other necessary materials, like Aerospace Materials and T-Creds, must be gathered through regular gameplay.
Okay, so if you want Aerospace Materials, you gotta hit up the Recycling Station every day. At first, you’ll just get the basic stuff – Aerospace Material I. But if you want the upgraded version, Aerospace Material II, you’ll need to upgrade the Recycling Station itself. It’s a daily grind, but worth it for the better materials!
You’ll automatically unlock the Dijiang Upgrade and Maintenance I quest as you play. It usually becomes available around Authority Level 23. Xaihi will message you about upgrading the Control Nexus when you’re ready to start the quest.
To start, go to the Mission tab and find the quest called “Dijiang Upgrade and Maintenance I” in the Important section. Select “Track” to be taken directly to OMV Dijiang. From there, follow Xaihi’s instructions to finish the quest and upgrade the Control Nexus in Arknights: Endfield.
How To Unlock Growth Chamber In Arknights Endfield
Once you upgrade the Control Nexus, you’ll gain access to the Growth Chamber. This is where you can grow rare materials like Red Bolete in Arknights: Endfield. Each material yields three seeds, but be aware that growing them takes a significant amount of time.
Some Operators can speed up how quickly items grow, but you’ll need to level up the Operator first and unlock their special skill for production. For instance, Da Pan can help fungi like Red and Pink Bolete grow faster.
So, my operators get tired out, and when they do, they need a break. They’ll head back to work on their own when they’ve rested up, but I like to switch to a different operator manually just to make sure I always have someone active and boosting production. It’s all about keeping those buffs going!
In Arknights: Endfield, the Control Nexus includes a Growth Chamber, a Reception Room, and an MFG Cabin. You can assign Operators to these rooms to build trust with them. Increasing the Control Nexus level unlocks more assignment slots.
