According to an Instagram post on January 25th, the new collection will include some expensive sets, with “The Ultra Dragon’s Battle” (set number 71872) being the priciest at $199.99 / €199.99. This set will contain 2,178 pieces and is recommended for ages 12 and up.

The new LEGO Ninjago sets for summer will include the Twin Titan Mechs (71870) and the Land Bounty (71869), which will retail for $139.99 and $129.99, respectively. Although the price difference is small, the Twin Titan Mechs set is expected to have over 500 more pieces, making it a more challenging build – and it will have a higher recommended age range to match.
LEGO Ninjago X-1 Ninja Charger Reportedly Getting an Expensive New Version
LEGO Group Although the leaked price of $79.99 for the 15th Anniversary Ninja X-1 Sport Car (set 71867) is lower than many larger LEGO sets, some fans might still consider it expensive. This is because the new model seems to be a very similar update to the Ninjago Legacy X-1 Ninja Charger (set 71737), which sold for $49.99 between January 2021 and December 2022. A recent LEGO music video on YouTube even shows the new $80 car looking almost exactly like the older $50 version. Essentially, this new set appears to be part of LEGO’s recent price increases, despite being technically a new product.
Recent details confirm information from a large leak back in January that revealed 40 LEGO sets planned for 2026. Currently, the only missing piece of information about the summer 2026 Ninjago collection is set number 71865. We don’t yet know its name or price, but with only 141 pieces, it’s probably going to cost less than $20.
