Insider Gaming confirmed the information, adding that a physical copy will be available for the Nintendo version. While the initial report didn’t mention a PC release, it was later included. This release timeframe aligns with previous statements from Take-Two Interactive. However, this means players with older consoles like the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One may not be able to play the new game, which could disappoint some fans.

As of today, there’s no information about whether WWE 2K26 will be released on older gaming consoles. With marketing starting and the release date reportedly just over a month away, it’s possible those versions won’t exist. This depends on the accuracy of the leaked console list, though.
