So, in ARC Raiders, there are a bunch of Quests you can finish to get some useful stuff. They just dropped an update called Headwinds, and it added even more Quests to tackle. Pretty cool!

You can start the ‘With A View’ quest by talking to Shani, who works as a Security Trader. She’ll ask you to travel to Stella Montis to look into some strange lights in the sky. To do this, you’ll need to find her an Ion Sputter and a Rotary Encoder first.

Completing the ‘With A View’ Quest in ARC Raiders requires finding two rare items, which can be difficult. This guide will help you locate them and finish the Quest.

How To Complete ‘With A View’ Quest In ARC Raiders

Okay, so if you’re trying to finish the ‘With A View’ mission in ARC Raiders, you’ll need to go to Stella Montis. Once you’re there, you’re looking for two things: an Ion Sputter and a Rotary Encoder. Gotta find those to complete the mission!

The Quest has five parts, but you don’t have to finish them all at once. Here’s a list of what you need to do:

Obtain a Rotary Encoder
Visit any of the Control Rooms near the Assembly Line

Where To Find A Rotary Encoder In ARC Raiders

You can find Rotary Encoders at three places on the Stella Montis map: the Assembly Workshops, Medical Research facility, and Business Center.

The best place to look for it is in and around the Assembly area, as that’s where most of the Quest happens. If you’re struggling to find it, you can also check other locations. Focus your search on white drawers, cabinets, and the drawers on the tool table.

This item is fairly common, so it shouldn’t be too difficult to locate. However, joining a Raid late in the game can make finding it harder. Assembly is a popular place for players to search, but if you don’t start near there, you might have better luck checking other areas.

Where To Find Ion Sputters In ARC Raiders

Ion Sputters are powerful items that you can usually find in the Assembly Workshops on the Stella Montis planet.

It’s surprisingly common to find Epic items in the Assembly Workshops – you can usually find one in almost every tool drawer or cabinet. The real challenge is finding the specific Ion Sputter you’re looking for.

This area of the map is often crowded, so be prepared for other players if you’re not in a private game. When you find the Ion Sputter, keep it safe – you’ll need to successfully extract with it to finish the Quest.

‘With A View’ Step-By-Step Guide

Now that you know where to locate the challenging items, here’s a simple, step-by-step guide from TopMob to help you finish the ‘With A View’ Quest in ARC Raiders.

Load into Stella Montis
Start by searching for the Rotary Encoder, using the locations mentioned above.
Once you’ve found it, head to the Assembly Workshops and visit any of the control rooms.
Once you’re there, look for the glowing yellow control panel. You can interact with it when you’ve got a Rotary Encoder on you.
After that, you’ll need to interact with a nearby computer. You should see a prompt above some tech nearby.
That’s the hard part done; now all you need to do is find the Ion Sputter if you haven’t already. Search in the locations mentioned above.
Once you’ve acquired it, successfully extract and hand it in to Shani to complete the Quest.

After finishing the ‘With A View’ quest, return to Speranza. Shani will give you crafting materials and a Rare Augment as a reward.
