There is no Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One launch for Half Sword.
Players on Xbox might soon experience the same frustration PlayStation players felt waiting for Half Sword. The game has been highly anticipated, racking up thousands of wishlists, and while it’s currently not available on Xbox, there’s a possibility it could be in the future. For now, Xbox gamers will have to be patient.
Can You Play Half Sword On Nintendo Switch or Switch 2?
Even if you have a Nintendo Switch or are planning to get the new Nintendo Switch 2, you won’t be able to play Half Sword on January 30th, as it isn’t being released on any Nintendo system that day.
Half Sword seems ideally suited for all gaming systems, but unfortunately, it’s currently only available on PC. While the Nintendo Switch often hosts a lot of independent games, it won’t be getting this one at launch.
However, not all is lost for console owners.
Half Sword Console Release Date Details
I was checking the official FAQ, and it looks like we’re going to have to wait a little longer for Half Sword on consoles. They said it’s coming “later,” so unfortunately, it’s not quite here yet, but at least we know it’s still planned!
The action-packed game, Half Sword, is heading to consoles soon. Here’s what the frequently asked questions have to say about it.
“Intended for PC first. Consoles later. MAC support later if there is enough interest.”
The announcement doesn’t say which game consoles will be supported. While PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S owners will probably be able to purchase it, it’s still uncertain if it will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, or the upcoming Switch 2.
