This article contains spoilers for Solo Leveling.
Fans are eagerly awaiting an official announcement for Season 3 of Solo Leveling, hoping to see the story continue after the events on Jeju Island. The battle between Jinwoo and the Ant King was incredible, but viewers are now excited to see the next major storylines, which will focus on Jinwoo, his powerful shadow army, and the introduction of his future wife, Cha Hae-In.
Although Solo Leveling put a lot of work into building Cha Hae-In’s character in earlier seasons, the show didn’t quite give her the chance to truly shine. Season 3 needs to focus on giving Cha Hae-In strong, memorable moments to properly showcase her abilities as a top-ranked hunter.
Cha Hae-In’s Application to Jinwoo’s Guild
The popular series Solo Leveling showcases numerous guilds in Korea, which are the primary groups hunters join instead of working alone or with the official Korean Hunters Association. Cha Hae-In is a key figure in the Hunters Guildâconsidered the strongest guild in the countryâwhere sheâs highly admired for her exceptional and elegant swordsmanship.
Even though it will be expensive to break her current agreement, Cha Hae-In intends to leave the Hunters Guild and join the Ahjin Guild.
She went to the Ahjin Guild Office to tell Jinwoo she wanted to join, but her sudden decision backfired. Jinwoo questioned her reasons, and instead of being welcomed, she found herself facing his criticism and feeling embarrassed.
Cha Hae-In’s First Shadow Exchange Experience
Cha Hae-In is one of the few people in Solo Leveling who knows Sung Jinwoo can take shadows and control them. However, she doesn’t yet realize he can also instantly switch places with a shadow, a skill she’s unaware of.
It’s unexpected, but Jinwoo will reveal the full power of his Shadow Exchange ability to Cha Hae-In. In the third season of Solo Leveling, Cha Hae-In willingly participates in a close-up demonstration of the skill, instantly transporting them from the Ahjin Guild office to the KHA gym. This moment is significant, as physical contact between Jinwoo and Cha Hae-In is uncommon.
Cha Hae-In’s Solo Match Against Igris
Season three of Solo Leveling offers Cha Hae-In a crucial opportunity to prove herself after almost dying while fighting the Ant King. Facing one of Jinwooâs powerful shadow soldiers in a one-on-one battle is the perfect way to do that, and Igris, Jinwooâs strong knight, is an ideal opponent to truly test Cha Hae-Inâs abilities as an S-rank hunter.
People have witnessed Cha Hae-In triumph over top-level Japanese hunters all by herself, but they haven’t seen her face off against one of Jinwoo’s powerful shadow warriors. The upcoming battle between Cha Hae-In and Igris is highly anticipated. One thing’s certain: Cha Hae-In is determined to fight to the very end, wielding her sword with skill and elegance.
Cha Hae-In’s Impulsive Confession to Jinwoo
Most fans know that Cha Hae-In and Sung Jinwoo eventually become a couple in Solo Leveling. They marry and later have a son, Sung Suho, as shown in Solo Leveling Ragnarok. Before their relationship developed, Cha Hae-In gained Jinwooâs trust and surprisingly confessed her feelings to him in a very casual way.
In Season 3 of Solo Leveling, Cha Hae-In will confess her feelings to Jinwoo after he intervenes in her fight with Beru. When Jinwoo asks why she joined the Ahjin Guild, she unexpectedly admits she likes him. Although she let it slip accidentally, her confession clearly affects Jinwoo.
Cha Hae-In’s Redemption Match Against Beru
Cha Hae-In has always wanted a rematch with Beru, ever since she nearly lost her life battling the Ant King on Jeju Island. The memory of that fight pushed her to continue training, even though she knew Beru was much stronger. Ultimately, Beru has the potential to grow even more powerful with Jinwooâs help, while Cha Hae-In is limited by the rules of the Solo Leveling world.
Cha Hae-In’s next fight against Beru in Solo Leveling Season 3 is expected to be a real challenge. She’s determined not to lose without at least getting a good hit in, or even leaving a mark on Beru â especially with Jinwoo watching the match.
Cha Hae-In’s Reunion With Min Byung-Gu
According to our records, Cha Hae-In was the last person to see Min Byung-Gu before he recovered from the Shadow Extraction skill in Solo Leveling Season 2. Min Byung-Gu healed Cha Hae-In using his powerful abilities and asked her to deliver an important message to Jinwoo.
In Season 3 of Solo Leveling, Cha Hae-In still hasn’t gotten around to giving Jinwoo an important message, but she will eventually. Unless the anime skips it, viewers will likely see a quick scene of Cha Hae-In meeting with Min Byung-Gu, possibly in a dream. This message concerns Jinwoo’s abilities and could be key to his fight against the Architect in the Double Dungeon.
Cha Hae-In and Jinwooâs Parking Lot Encounter
A particularly amusing scene unfolds between Cha Hae-In and Jinwoo in the Ahjin Guildâs parking lot. However, she was already annoyed before they even met, thanks to a popular selfie of Jinwoo, Jin-Ho, and Yoo Soo Hyun. On top of that, she had to deliver a pressing message from Min Byung-Gu regarding the increasing and concerning nature of Jinwooâs powers.
Cha Hae-In acts a little like someone with a crush, anxiously figuring out how to reconnect with Jinwoo after telling him how she feels. He surprised her right as she was about to approach him, momentarily throwing her off balance. It’s a short, sweet moment that definitely deserves to be remembered!
Cha Hae-In Publicly Declares Jinwoo as Her Friend
The battle between Sung Jinwoo and the Architect is a major highlight of Solo Leveling Season 3. It’s the fight where Jinwoo obtains the Black Heart from Ashborn and finally takes control of the system from the Architect. But a particularly memorable moment comes when Cha Hae-In publicly reveals her feelings for Jinwoo.
When the architect asked about her and Jinwoo, Cha Hae-In confidently stated they were friends. This was the first time someone besides Jinwooâs brother acknowledged a connection between them. This moment is significant, as it hinted at the beginning of a romantic relationship between Cha Hae-In and Jinwoo.
