The Candy Crush series has reportedly made over $20 billion in revenue – quite a feat for a game where you simply match and clear colorful fruit! Given that success, it’s no surprise they’re continuing the franchise with a new game called Crushable.
Here’s what an official pre-release said about the game and joint proposition:
Yahoo Games and King are teaming up to release a new game called Crushable. This marks King’s first daily game, building on the popular Candy Crush series. It’s designed to be a fast-paced experience with short, rewarding challenges players can finish in minutes each day.
Crushable is designed to be the first thing you do each morning, replacing the urge to hit snooze. Instead of turning off your alarm and going back to sleep, you tackle a quick daily challenge on the app.
This new game is part of Yahoo’s recent effort to revitalize its gaming platform, as the company has been updating its games offerings.
