In Code Vein 2, Regional Pathos are spirit-like beings you can find throughout the world. By praying to them, you receive blessings – helpful passive boosts that can improve your health, speed up healing, and offer other advantages. Each region has several Regional Pathos, and you can activate all of them simultaneously to stack multiple buffs.
Certain special items called Regional Pathos can be found throughout the world of Code Vein 2, and aren’t limited to just one area. The following guide details where to find all of them and what benefits each one provides.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in MagMell Island
Ingrid – The Savant
- Blessing: Max LP and Ichor Boost
From the Ruins Mistle, head east. Continue east past the Tower of Regeneration, and you’ll be able to see the Regional Pathos in the distance.
Gyoten – The Explorer
- Blessing: Resistance to All Status Ailments and Regeneration Use Boost
You’ll find the entrance to Cliff Underground Ruins in the far north of the island. Go to the left of the Forma Storage Tower and walk around it to get there.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Sunken City
Claire – Right Hand of Idris
- Blessing: Restorative Offering Healing Boost
This Regional Pathos is located northwest of the Western Gatehouse Ruins. From the Mistle, go north along the road, then turn left and head up the hill to find it.
Carmen – The Star
- Blessing: Max Stamina and Mind Boost
Head south from Josee’s Outpost, keeping to the side of the road, and you’ll find it.
Milo – The Engineer
- Blessing: Max Ichor and Dexterity Boost
To reach the Regional Pathos within the Sunken Pylon, don’t take the main elevator. Instead, go around the front of it and find a hidden elevator that will take you up.
Armand – The Warhorse
- Blessing: Attack Power and Strength Boost
Inside Arcade Ruins. Defeat the boss at the end of the dungeon and go forward.
Adelheid – The Holy Maiden
- Blessing: Vitality and Regeneration Use Boost
Okay, so from the Plateau Overlooking City Mistle, you need to head east. Once you’re there, find the church and go to the very back – there’s a ladder you can climb to get what you’re looking for. It’s a bit hidden, but definitely worth checking out!
Egbert – The Ruler
- Blessing: Max HP and Willpower Boost
Okay, so I found this place called Mountain Underground Facility. It’s a bit tricky to get to – you need to head east from the Checkpoint Ruins, and it’s off to the right after you leave the main road. Definitely keep an eye out for it!
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Corroded Scar
Clara – The Blood Bag
- Blessing: Blood Code Mastery Efficiency Up
To reach the Regional Pathos, look for an underground shelter northeast of the Plateau Ruins. The entrance to the shelter is the way forward.
Theodore – Mutinous Knight
- Blessing: Guarding Stamina Cost Reduction and Max Ichor Boost
You’ll find Northern Watch Fort by heading north from the Miners’ Abandoned Village along the road. It’s not far from there.
Gordon – The Master Craftsman
- Blessing: Attack Power and Enemy Recoverable Damage Reduction Boost
To find the Crystal Grotto, head to the Limestone Cave east of the South Bridge Elevator while you’re playing through Lyle’s storyline.
Karl – The Victory
- Blessing: Extended Forma Effect and Regeneration Use Boost
Okay, so you’ll find it northwest of Pioneer Castle. It’s pretty close to the Tower of Regeneration – you can get there by going through Riverport Watch Fort.
Shizuku – The Ascetic
- Blessing: Max Stamina and Partner Attack Power Boost
You’ll find it near Valley Overlook Hot Springs. Continue south from the main road that leads away from Northern Watch Fort.
Ella – The Sun Princess
- Blessing: Max HP, Max LP, and Resistance to All Status Ailments Boost
Inside Corroded Mine. Near the Mistle is a broken-down building with the Regional Pathos inside.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Undead Forest
Cyrus – The Musician
- Blessing: Max LP and Defense Against Elemental Attacks Boost
Northeast of Bureau’s Castle. Follow the road going down to find this.
Lucia – Mother of the Wasteland
- Blessing: Max Stamina and Number of Foods That Can be Used in a Single Exploration Boost
To find the item within Mountain Hamlet, start at Dam Lakeside Mistle. Take the main road heading west, following the path until you reach the entrance to the hamlet. Once inside, stay close to the western wall to locate it.
Konrad – Father of the Cult
- Blessing: Max Ichor and Willpower Boost
You can find Gorge Cave south of Sanatorium, during Holly’s part of the game. Inside, you’ll discover the Regional Pathos.
The Nameless Heroes
- Blessing: Fire Element Applied to Weapons and Regeneration Use Boost
Located east of the Abandoned Hilltop Church. Head north on the main road, then turn right at the road’s end to reach the spot.
Alessandro Gobbo
- Blessing: Higher Drop Rate From Defeated Enemies
To enter Bureau Castle, you need to strengthen Josee’s weakening connection. Once you’ve defeated the boss, be sure to search the boss arena for your next objective.
All Code Vein 2 Regional Pathos in Insula Carcere
Hyuga – The Escape Artist
- Blessing: Max HP, Max LP, and Regeneration Use Boost
North of Insula Carcere Mistle. Follow the shore to find the Regional Pathos.
Unlocking this region requires you to unseal and defeat all three of the other heroes.
