Live Out Your Next-Door Dream in Neighbors: Suburban Warfare

As someone who has had my fair share of neighborly squabbles, I can’t help but feel a strange sense of satisfaction at the prospect of Neighbors: Suburban Warfare. The idea of channeling those pent-up frustrations into digital destruction is both cathartic and hilarious.

At some point, many people may have imagined retaliating against a neighbor for annoying behaviors, such as noisy cars or overflowing garbage cans. In the game ‘Neighbors: Suburban Warfare’ by Invisible Walls, you can channel those revenge fantasies in a harmless, virtual setting.

In Neighbors, the suburbs will never be the same.

Kitchenware, Catapults, and Seagull Bombers

Amidst games filled with heavy action, realistic war simulations, and distressing narratives, it’s delightful to encounter something more playful. Invisible Walls has unveiled Neighbors: Suburban Warfare, a fun, slapstick multiplayer game where you can destroy lawns.

In the game titled “Neighbors”, players take on roles of characters who are determined to demolish their neighbor’s house, utilizing various skills and common household objects as tools. This game’s summary is undeniably captivating.

Neighbors: Suburban Warfare is set in the seemingly peaceful suburban town of Heartsville, where beneath the surface, tensions run high among its residents. Despite the tranquil facade, the townsfolk have grown weary of one another. Players will have the opportunity to choose from a diverse cast of neighbors, including Doreen, the ever-cheerful senior, and Kevin, the mischievous rascal of the neighborhood. Each character comes with their unique skills and items.

After selecting their neighbor, players will appear in one of the five available homes, each having distinctive advantages and disadvantages. Winning the game involves collecting resources to enhance players’ weapons and residences, eventually leading to the destruction of their adversaries’ homes.

At a glance, it seems appealing – destroy your neighbor’s property before they have a chance to strike back. Encourage your neighbors to make their homes strongholds and stand firm in defense as hordes from the nearby area attack.

Over a span of three years, Invisible Walls has managed to bring the game to where it currently stands. This was a point that their CEO, David Jean Heldager, addressed in his discourse.

Can’t wait to delve deeper into the details! Our game, “Neighbors: Suburban Warfare,” offers an exhilarating multiplayer experience with a touch of chaos. However, when players collaborate and communicate effectively, it takes the gameplay to extraordinary levels.

Spent countless hours enjoying each other’s company without ever running low on engaging activities, and now we warmly welcome any gaming enthusiasts who’d like to be part of our fun. Feel free to hop onto our Discord server for scheduled community playtests, or add the game to your wishlist on Steam!
