Frieren Season 2 Only Has 10 Episodes
Most fans know the second season of Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End will have only ten episodes, a significant drop from the first season. While some were disappointed with this decision by Madhouse, the studio carefully considered its options. A longer season would have risked getting ahead of the currently paused manga, which would have been a problem. Ultimately, Madhouse likely made the best choice for the series.
Even though this season has fewer episodes, the quality remains exceptionally high, a testament to the work of studio Madhouse. Known for consistently delivering fantastic anime adaptations, it’s no surprise that Frieren’s second season is quickly becoming one of the top-rated shows on MyAnimeList.
Frieren Manga Return Date
There haven’t been any updates regarding the manga’s return. Because the author and illustrator needed to take a break for health reasons, it could be many months, or even years, before new chapters are released. However, fans are supportive and prioritize the well-being of Kanehito Yamada and Tsukasa Abe.
