Yvonne + Last Rite + Xaihi + Snowshine
Yvonne is a powerful Cryo damage dealer, but she needs her teammates to consistently apply the Cryo status effect. Characters like Xaihi, Snowshine, and Last Rite work well with her in battle. The goal is to quickly build up three or four stacks of Cryo, then have Yvonne use her abilities to consume those stacks for a huge damage burst and convert the enemies to a ‘Solidified’ state. Applying Cryo also charges Yvonne’s ultimate ability, which she can then use on Solidified enemies for another massive damage attack.
Yvonne is a powerful character in Arknights: Endfield who excels at triggering solidification – a special reaction – with both her regular attacks and combo moves. She also boosts her own damage and critical hit rate, making a critical-hit focused build very effective. However, Yvonne herself doesn’t inflict the Cryo status effect, so she needs teammates to handle that part.
Okay, so I’ve been experimenting with team comps, and Last Rite is surprisingly versatile. She can definitely deal a lot of damage herself, but she works amazing with Yvonne. Basically, both Last Rite and Xaihi help Yvonne build up those Cryo stacks with every Final Strike. The really cool thing is, after Yvonne uses her Skill and freezes enemies, her next basic attack instantly triggers another Final Strike! That’s enough to activate Xaihi’s Skill, which needs two Final Strikes to apply the Cryo. And if I time Last Rite’s Skill right, I can get two Cryo stacks on enemies before the enhanced Final Strike even finishes. It’s a really effective combo!
Snowshine is a great team defender who can also slow enemies with her abilities. She can even freeze a wide area, which helps Yvonne unleash her powerful attacks. Both Snowshine and Last Rite recharge their abilities quickly, allowing the team to use everyone’s skills more often and giving them more strategic options.
To maximize damage with Yvonne’s Battle Skill, wait until enemies have four Cryo stacks. Also, remember that her Combo Skill, Last Rite, removes all Cryo stacks, so use it only when Yvonne isn’t actively fighting.
