Yvonne was one of the first characters available for a limited time in Arknights: Endfield. Luckily, you still have a chance to obtain her! Even after her initial availability, she’s been featured in other limited-time banners, and her own special banner will return in the future.
Want to add the unique scientist Yvonne to your Arknights: Endfield team? This guide will show you exactly how to unlock her, and also how to get the best weapon for her.
How to Get Yvonne in Arknights Endfield
There are two ways to get Yvonne in Arknights Endfield:
- Pull on her rate-up Banner and win your 50/50 (or reach 120 pulls)
- Pull on another character’s rate-up Banner and lose your 50/50 when Yvonne is in the character pool
The simplest way to obtain Yvonne in Arknights: Endfield is by using her limited-time banner. Even if you don’t get her immediately (the game has a 50/50 chance for 6-star characters), you’re guaranteed to receive her after 120 pulls. Therefore, we recommend saving 120 pulls and waiting for Yvonne’s banner to reappear if you want the easiest and most affordable way to add her to your team.
You can also potentially obtain Yvonne in Arknights: Endfield if you don’t get the featured character on a limited-time banner – but only if Yvonne is still available. Featured characters typically remain in the pool for three limited banners before being removed. This means you have a chance to get Yvonne by failing to get the featured character on the two banners that follow her own special banner.
Once Yvonne leaves the 6-star character pool, she won’t become a permanently available character. This means you’ll only be able to obtain her during special, limited-time events.
When Yvonne was first released, players could obtain her through Laevatain and Gilberta’s banners before her own dedicated banner became available. This meant that if you weren’t lucky enough to get Laevatain on a pull in Arknights: Endfield, Yvonne was one of seven other 6-star characters you might have received instead.
Getting Yvonne this way is quite difficult, so we advise against specifically trying for her if you’ve already failed to get a featured character on a previous pull. However, it’s a pleasant surprise if you happen to get Yvonne while already wishing on a banner for someone else.
Want to know which 6-star characters are available on a limited-time Banner? Simply tap the “Details” button at the bottom of the Banner screen. Then, look for the “All Available Operators” section at the top and check the “6-star base drop rate” – this will show you exactly which 6-star characters you can potentially get from that Banner.
How to Get Yvonne’s Best Weapon in Arknights Endfield
In Arknights: Endfield, Yvonne’s strongest weapon is the 6-star Artzy Tyrannical Handcannon, specifically designed for her. Unlike other weapons, you can’t purchase it directly from the Arsenal Exchange. Instead, you need to wait for Yvonne’s weapon Banner, called Graffiti Issue, to appear in the Arsenal Exchange and then use Arsenal Tickets to try and obtain it. This Banner appears alongside Yvonne’s character Banner, meaning if Yvonne is featured, Artzy Tyrannical will always be available as a rate-up weapon in the Exchange.
Weapon Banners work a bit differently: you earn the special currency (Arsenal Tickets) needed to try for weapons only by wishing for characters. Plus, you always have to do ten wishes at a time – single wishes aren’t allowed. So, even if you get a character quickly, you might not accumulate enough Tickets to be sure you can also get their unique weapon.
