A LEGO enthusiast has demonstrated their talent by building a replica of High Lord Wolnir, a boss from the video game Dark Souls 3. The Dark Souls series is famous for its difficult bosses, and this LEGO creation is a striking homage to one of FromSoftware’s most intimidating opponents.
LEGO offers a huge variety of sets, including those based on popular movies and shows, as well as original designs. But a lot of LEGO enthusiasts enjoy creating their own unique builds using individual bricks. These builders frequently share their creations online, showcasing the incredible things people can imagine and build.
LEGO Version of High Lord Wolnir From Dark Souls 3
A talented LEGO builder, Kata157, recently shared their impressive recreation of High Lord Wolnir, a memorable boss from the video game Dark Souls 3, on Reddit. The LEGO version perfectly captures the boss’s distinct look, including his skeletal structure and crown. Kata157 even added golden bracelets – a key element players use to defeat him in the game – and recreated the holy sword Wolnir wields. To complete the scene, they included a minifigure ready to take on the massive skeleton.
The LEGO recreation of High Lord Wolnir looked fantastic in good lighting, but a picture taken in the dark actually made it resemble the character from the game even more. Kata157 added a spooky touch by giving the skeleton glowing green eyes. The LEGO build has been very popular on Reddit, receiving over 2,200 upvotes. The creator shared that one of the biggest challenges was figuring out how to attach the arms to the body.
Many players on Reddit fondly remember battling High Lord Wolnir in Dark Souls 3. Though some found the fight a little repetitive, they all appreciated the boss’s unique design. The goal is to break Wolnir’s bracelets, preferably before he calls for help or attacks with his holy sword. The fight is made even more challenging by the darkness and the fact that it takes place near a dangerous pit where Wolnir is trying to climb out.
FromSoftware has designed many memorable bosses in the Dark Souls series, giving LEGO enthusiasts like Kata157 plenty of inspiration for custom creations. While there aren’t any official Dark Souls LEGO sets available, dedicated fans are stepping up to create their own impressive designs, and we can expect even more unique builds in the future.
