Even experienced players will find Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined difficult, thanks to its numerous side quests. Some of these quests even tie into the main storyline, such as collecting Three Shiny Bottles for Uncle Pike.

Shiny Bottle Locations in Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined

Once players get the Sizzling Stone, they’ll need to do another task for Pike to continue the main story. This task starts automatically after finishing the First Trial and the Shadow Puzzle. To begin, players need to find Uncle Pike, who’s staying at his house in the northeastern part of Estard.

Pike needs the players to find three special, shiny bottles as part of his scheme. He’ll ask you to get them, and we’re happy to help! Here’s a quick guide to exactly where to find each bottle so you can finish this task easily.

First Bottle Location

The first bottle is located right outside Pike’s House in Estard. Check near the crates in the corner – look for a golden shine, as that usually indicates a valuable item. Once you’ve grabbed it, head south to find the second bottle.

Second Bottle Location

You can find the Second Bottle inside the Well near the Tavern. Chat with the women standing by the well, and then use it to go down. Grab the bottle, and climb back up using the rope. Next, head south and then to the left, along the Tavern wall, to locate the third and last bottle.

Third Bottle Location

The third bottle is located near the well, slightly to the south, and is hidden inside a barrel. To get it, players need to break the barrel by interacting with it.

Players can search this barrel for items, and it will always reappear whenever anyone enters or leaves town or a building. Even if it’s been broken before, it’ll reset!

Now that you have the three bottles, you need to fulfill Pike’s request. To do this, head to Rainbow Cove (you’ll need to leave Esatrd and go to the right side of the island). While you’re on your way, be sure to grab the glowing yellow Life Seed – it will boost your characters’ stats!

All you need to do is fill the bottles with the sparkling water from Rainbow Cove. Find the water along the shore, fill the bottles, and then give them back to Pike to finish the task.

Once you’ve dealt with that, follow Pike to the cave close by. He’ll show you a way into another puzzle room. This one is pretty simple: just push the rocks to fill the holes in the ground, which will open a path leading to the fountain.

After you enter, grab the Yellow Tablet Fragment. Then, let Pike finish speaking before taking the Wholly Holy Water – you’ll need it later in the game.
