Gaban is actually more skilled in both swordsmanship and Haki than Luffy, even though he’s quite old at this point in the story. While he’s proficient with Armament Haki, it’s his Conqueror’s Haki that truly makes him a dangerous opponent in a fight.

Rocks D. Xebec

Rocks used all three types of Haki, but he was particularly skilled with Conqueror’s Haki. He could, of course, coat himself and his weapons with it, but he wasn’t satisfied with just that basic ability.

Rocks achieved a new level of strength by mastering Haki, allowing him to create devastating shockwaves with his sword that could knock out opponents with a single strike. His sword attacks became famous because of this, demonstrating his exceptional Haki skills. Remarkably, he was even able to defeat a Marine Admiral with surprising ease.
