How to Unlock Regicide Mode

In the game “Metaphor: ReFantazio,” the toughest challenge, called Regicide Mode, becomes accessible once you’ve completed the game with the true ending on a lower difficulty. There are different endings available in Metaphor, but it’s only after achieving the true ending that Regicide Mode will be unlocked for New Game Plus. To access this mode, remember to save your progress after winning the game, then return to the main menu and reload the saved game. When given the option to select a difficulty level for New Game+, choose Regicide Mode.

Once selected, Regicide Mode cannot be turned off, and the difficulty cannot be reduced.
