Embark Studios has released a new update for its popular shooter, ARC Raiders, kicking off the Shared Watch event which lasts until February 24th. Available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, update 1.15.0 includes bug fixes, improvements to gameplay, and brings back a popular map feature, among other changes.
Following the popular release of ARC Raiders in October 2025, Embark Studios has consistently added new content. In December, they launched the “Cold Snap” update, which introduced a new, temporary map condition. Players loved the event so much that they asked for it to come back after it ended earlier this year. Now, Embark has responded to that feedback with a new update that permanently adds the Cold Snap map event to ARC Raiders.
ARC Raiders Kicks Off New Shared Watch Event
A new update for ARC Raiders is now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. It brings back the Cold Snap event and introduces a new event called Shared Watch, running from February 10th to 24th. During Shared Watch, players can work together to defeat ARC enemies and earn in-game rewards. You’ll gain merits by damaging or destroying ARC enemies – these merits can then be traded for prizes. Importantly, these rewards are only available through the new event and won’t be earned in player-versus-player combat.
This update doesn’t introduce any new weapons, but it includes a lot of bug fixes and overall improvements. Embark has addressed issues that stopped players from rejoining raids after disconnects, and also fixed a problem where players weren’t receiving rewards at the end of trials because of timing issues.
Hey everyone, just a heads-up about the Trailblazer Grenade. Embark just changed how it works. It now does way more damage to those annoying little enemies like Wasps and Hornets, which is cool, but it hits the big guys – Leapers and Bastions, for example – a lot harder. Basically, we used to be able to take down those larger threats pretty easily with the Trailblazer, but that’s not going to happen anymore. It’s a noticeable change, and I’m going to have to rethink my strategy a bit.
Embark hasn’t officially commented on a recent bug in ARC Raiders that’s frustrating players. The bug allows players to easily create multiple copies of items like Trigger Grenades and Rubber Ducks, which makes player-versus-player combat unbalanced. Some players are even taking advantage of the bug to duplicate Rubber Ducks and sell them for a large profit, quickly earning a lot of in-game currency.
The February 10th update for ARC Raiders has a lot to offer players, and even more content is planned for later this month. Embark Studios has announced the upcoming “Shrouded Sky” patch for February, which will include a new environmental condition – likely a Toxic Swamp – a new type of ARC threat, map improvements, and a new set of challenges for players. Looking ahead, two more updates are scheduled for March and April. The April update will be particularly exciting, adding a completely new map and a powerful new ARC enemy, comparable in scale to the Queen and Matriarch.
ARC Raiders Update 1.15.0 Patch Notes for February 10
Raiders,
What happens topside, stays topside – Raiders have to leave their grudges at the tubes.
Speranza isn’t without compassion. While it’s impossible to eliminate all violence from the Raiders, Celeste wants to remind everyone why they sought shelter in the Rust Belt in the first place – and that just because life is hard doesn’t mean they should stoop to a low level.
Shared Watch is a yearly event celebrating Raiders who help each other and reminding everyone who their real opponents are. Whether you choose to cooperate, team up, or even battle ARC troopers, it’s all done in the spirit of camaraderie and vigilance during Shared Watch.
What’s New?
- Shared Watch
-
- This is an opportunity to team up in the fight against the machines.
- The Shared Watch Event starts today and ends on February 24. Players will earn merits from destroying, assisting and damaging ARC and earn rewards. No merits will be earned from PvP encounters. Bring a friend or bring a stranger, but above all, bring enough ammo to make sure the machines notice you first.
- Cold Snap Map Condition
-
- Winter is not quite done with the Rust Belt – We are bringing back Cold Snap!
- The map condition is back in rotation on outdoor maps with the same mix of risk and reward. Frostbite damage will make your trip topside a short one if you don’t seek shelter, but for those who do brave the tundra – there’s increased loot value at stake!
- You can still collect Candleberries, but they are no longer tied to any event. You can also collect, and throw, snowballs! Use them wisely, or don’t.
- Cosmetics
-
- The Vulpine set
- The Slugger set
