In contemporary times, the chilling follow-up to the slasher movie finds Art the Clown, portrayed by David Howard Thornton, invading a family’s home and committing gruesome murders of the parents. Flashback five years, Art’s decapitated body mysteriously arrives at an asylum where Victoria Heyes (Samantha Scaffidi), now possessed, resides in confinement after childbirth. She gives birth to Art’s head, and together they slay a nurse and a guard before escaping to an abandoned site. In a tragic turn of events, Victoria smashes her face against a bathroom mirror and ends her life in a bathtub filled with shards of glass. Meanwhile, the ominous Art the Clown remains motionless on a chair in the attic, waiting to strike again.

Currently, in the blockbuster horror film, titled “Sienna,” the character portrayed by Lauren LaVera is discharged from the hospital and moves in with her aunt Jess (Margaret Ann Florence) and her family: husband Greg (Bryce Johnson), and their daughter Gabbie (Antonella Rose). Sienna is grappling with survivor’s guilt and experiences recurring visions of her late best friend, Brooke. Her bond with her younger brother, Jonathan (Elliott Fullam), has become tense due to his college life and attempts to move forward. Meanwhile, Art and Victoria are discovered dead in an abandoned house by two workers, who subsequently fall victim to the murderous pair. Art resumes a violent killing spree, encountering a Santa Claus impersonator at a bar and taking his life, among others. Later, he assumes the role of Santa at a shopping mall and detonates it, causing mass casualties. Sienna recognizes Art at the mall before the explosion, but her family dismisses her claims as figments of her imagination.

At college, Sienna pays a visit to Jonathan, where he presents her to his roommate, Cole (Mason Mecartea), and his girlfriend, Mia (Alexa Blair). Mia becomes captivated by Sienna due to her role as a host of a true-crime podcast. Mia proposes that Sienna and Jonathan appear on the podcast to delve into the Miles County massacre, but Sienna declines. Sienna shares her belief with Jonathan that Art, the man she thinks is still alive, claims to be reborn through a host, potentially Victoria. She also reveals her intention to revisit the Terrifier haunted attraction to retrieve her father’s sword. Simultaneously, Art the Clown makes an appearance at the university and gruesomely slaughters Cole and Mia with a chainsaw, as they are engaged in an intimate moment within the shower.

How does Terrifier 3 End?

In the news, Sienna learns about a horrific mall bombing, fearing that Art might be behind it. She then has a disturbing dream where angels fashion her an angel warrior outfit. Upon waking, she finds Art and Victoria in her home, with Art attacking her violently with a mallet. When Sienna comes to, she sees Greg’s lifeless body pinned to the wall, and Jess tied up beside her. Victoria presents Sienna with a grisly sight – a head devoured by rats, mockingly claiming it’s Gabbie. Art mercilessly kills Jess by rupturing her throat with a tube, then forces rats down her throat using a blowtorch. Later, Art brings out Gabbie as a hostage, only for Victoria to reveal that the gruesome head was actually Jonathan’s.

In a surprising twist of events, Victoria places a crown of thorns on Sienna’s head and tries to take control over her. However, Sienna stands firm and instead decides to unwrap her Christmas present from Gabbie. To her surprise, it was her father’s sword. With this weapon, she manages to strike Victoria, eventually beheading her. Unfortunately, Art launches an attack on Sienna with a chainsaw, but Sienna manages to counter his assault. Tragically, Victoria’s decapitated head emits a burning blood that opens a gateway to hell. In the chaos, Gabbie slips and falls into this portal. Trying valiantly to save her friend, Sienna loses her grip, and Gabbie plunges into the depths of hell. Meanwhile, Art escapes by boarding a bus, while Sienna vows to find a way to rescue Gabbie. The success of the Terrifier franchise has led to the announcement of another sequel as it continues to gain mainstream popularity.
