Halkenburg has always been one of the strongest contenders, but of course, he was, until now, outshined by the 4th Prince Tserriednich. With this information now, however, it makes fans raise their eyebrows more at the 9th Prince.
That said, Halkenburg being revealed as the son of Beyond Netero would be a simple answer to the truth about his birth, and other options are also on the table, as this could simply be a red herring from Togashi. So, fans still await the answer from Togashi. The truth about Halkenburg’s birth could instead have to do with his maternal lineage rather than his paternal one. Indeed, Halkenburg has a striking resemblance to the first Queen Unma, despite what fans know about his mother, the second Queen Duazui. In chapter 403 of HxH, these characters may initiate their assassination attempt. The team needs to transport Luzurus to a region with a lifeboat. This task calls for Fugetsu’s unique ability, enabling others to traverse through him, an ability that the spirit beast disguised as Kacho is confident can be achieved.
It’s likely that he’s the one controlling the criminal organization, using illegal drug sales as a means of finance. Makes me think he has a guardian spirit beast named Kacho!

They would have executed an assassination without any apparent justification, and on top of that, they would still need to identify the real perpetrator behind Fugetsu’s predicament. This could mean they’ll once again find themselves in a position where they must eliminate someone else, adding another layer of complexity to their already challenging situation.
