The anime Jujutsu Kaisen is starting to move faster and is nearing the Culling Game arc. The latest episode featured a meeting between Yuji Itadori and Kinji Hakari. Itadori went to the Gachinko Fight Club hoping to convince Hakari to help rescue Tsukimi and Satoru Gojo.

Megumi had cautioned Itadori against revealing he attended Jujutsu High, knowing Hakari disliked its strict ranking system. However, Hakari discovered the truth anyway and, predictably, started a fight with Itadori. Meanwhile, Megumi and Panda had trapped Kirara outside.

Megumi And Panda Took Down Kirara

Okay, so in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, Episode 6, things were getting crazy! Megumi and Panda were desperately trying to get to Hakari’s room, but they kept hitting an invisible wall – seriously, they couldn’t get any closer! They finally figured out it had to be Kirara causing the problem. Megumi really started thinking hard and realized she was using these markings to mess with everyone. Then, he cracked the code! He figured out you could actually approach the marked objects in a specific order without getting blasted away. Just as he managed to take Kirara down, Hakari came bursting through the door with Itadori! It was a wild scene!

Hakari Was Convinced By Itadori’s Resolve

Kinji Hakari is known for being very driven, so he was frustrated by Itadori’s seeming lack of goals. This led Hakari to repeatedly attack Itadori, but Itadori stubbornly kept getting back up. While Itadori didn’t necessarily aim for greatness, he was deeply committed to fighting cursed spirits throughout Japan. Before the situation escalated further, Kirara intervened and reminded Hakari that Itadori wasn’t even a student at Jujutsu High.

The next episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, titled “Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Part 1,” is scheduled to air on February 12, 2026. This episode will explore one of the major colonies within Japan. It’s been confirmed that Hajime Kashimo is involved in the Culling Game and is actively searching for strong adversaries. Kashimo had earned over 200 points but used 100 of them to establish a ninth rule for the game. This new rule allows participants to view information about other players, including their names, points, added rules, and current location (colony).

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 7 will introduce new players in the Culling Game – opponents our heroes will need to defeat to succeed. The episode preview also hints at a return for Kenjaku, who hasn’t been seen in a while. It’ll be interesting to see what he’s planning, and it seems likely he’s heading towards Tengen, as he needs to capture him to move forward with his plan to evolve humanity.

Normally, Tengen wouldn’t have anything to worry about – Gojo Satoru could easily handle the situation. But with Gojo sealed away, things are much more difficult. Currently, Tengen is being protected by the powerful fighters Choso and Tsukumo, making the upcoming battle unpredictable. If Choso and Tsukumo fail to defeat Kenjaku, he’ll be one step closer to his goal of changing humanity.
