How to Send Cats to Different Characters in Mewgenics

In Mewgenics, your cats are mainly used for fighting and breeding, but they also have other important functions. To advance through the game, you’ll need to send cats to various characters to earn rewards. However, figuring out which cat to send to whom can be confusing. This guide will walk you through the process of sending cats to NPCs in Mewgenics, helping you get the most out of your interactions with the game’s unique characters.

How to Send Cats to Different Characters in Mewgenics

You can send cats to your characters by selecting one while at home and dragging it onto the green pipe to the left of your house. The pipe is highlighted in red in the image below.

Okay, so when I click this button, it shows me a map of all the characters I’ve unlocked so far. Then, to send a cat to someone, all I have to do is click on their icon on the map and confirm – easy peasy!

You can also send a cat to a character by clicking on the cat while it’s at your home. This will open a menu with details about the cat, like its stats and abilities. Look for a green pipe icon just below these details and click it. This will take you to a map where you can choose which character to send the cat to.

When you look at a cat’s profile, you’ll see the faces of characters who might be interested in adopting it next to the green pipe icon. This is a great way to remember which cats are a good match for each character, since every character has specific preferences. As you collect more cats, it can be hard to keep track of who likes which one, so this feature helps you quickly see which cats meet each character’s requirements!

Okay, so I’ve figured out that giving cats to the NPCs triggers a little cutscene, and it gets you closer to unlocking cool rewards from them! Basically, the more cats you gift, the more upgrades and helpful items you get for your adventure. Just a heads-up though – once you give an NPC a cat, it’s gone for good! You can’t use it in battles or breeding anymore, so definitely don’t give away your best cats!
