REANIMAL: Mill Boiler Room Puzzle Solution

In the first chapter of REANIMAL, after crashing your boat on the beach, you’ll find yourself inside an old, run-down Mill (Factory). It’s a gloomy place with rusty walkways and dangerous drops. Early on, you’ll face a puzzle in the Boiler room where you need to get a cylindrical boiler spinning – and use the hole in it as a pathway to continue your journey.

REANIMAL Boiler Room Puzzle Solution

In the boiler room of REANIMAL, players will find a large, cylindrical boiler with a significant hole in it. The objective is to rotate this boiler, creating a path for a player to cross the room and reach the door. To get it moving, you first need to activate the boiler from the control room.

Once you’re inside the designated room, you’ll see a switch with a red light on the opposite wall. Go to the switch and turn it on – this will start the boiler outside. You can then go outside and continue with the Mill boiler room puzzle in REANIMAL.

Once you’re outside, walk down the walkway and climb down the ladder to the pipes. Use the pipes to cross to the other side, then help your teammate get onto the platform above. When they’re ready, jump up so they can pull you up as well.

One player (or your AI helper) needs to flip the switch to stop the boiler from spinning. It’s important to time this correctly – wait until the large opening in the boiler is facing down or to the side, creating a safe path for the other player to cross.

After the second player successfully crosses the boiler and reaches the platform, the first player can release the switch. The player who crossed the boiler should then move to the right from the catwalk and lower the wooden plank. This creates a bridge for the switch operator to cross, allowing both players to move forward to the next area.
