February 17 is Going to Be a Big Day for PS Plus Subscribers

PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium members have a lot to look forward to this Tuesday, February 17th. 2026 is already proving to be a great year for PlayStation Plus, with more free games available through the Essential tier than usual – there are currently four games you can claim right now.

February 2026’s free PlayStation Plus games include Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown, Subnautica: Below Zero, Ultros, and Undisputed. PlayStation Plus subscribers can claim these games until March 2nd, after which they’ll be replaced with the March lineup on March 3rd. These free games are a key benefit of the Essential tier, but are also available to players with Extra or Premium subscriptions. A major update for the Extra and Premium tiers is coming on February 17th.

Okay, gamers, get ready! On February 17th, PS Plus is getting a huge boost with 10 new games! Nine of them are hitting the Extra tier, and one’s coming to Premium. I’m super excited because we’re getting Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 – seriously, it’s one of the best exclusives on PS5! There’s also Neva, a beautiful indie game that everyone’s been raving about. Those two are definitely the big draws, but here’s the full list of what’s coming to Extra: Echoes of the End: Enhanced Edition, Monster Hunter Stories, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, Rugby 25, Season: A Letter to the Future, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown, and Venba. Seriously, check them all out when they drop – it’s gonna be a good month for PS Plus subscribers!

List of New PS Plus Extra and Premium Games for February 2026

Extra

  • Echoes of the End: Enhanced Edition (PS5)
  • Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (PS5)
  • Monster Hunter Stories (PS4)
  • Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin (PS4)
  • Neva (PS4/PS5)
  • Rugby 25 (PS4/PS5)
  • Season: A Letter to the Future (PS4/PS5)
  • Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown (PS5)
  • Venba (PS5)

Premium

  • Disney Pixar Wall-E (PS4/PS5)

On February 17th, PlayStation Plus Premium will add the game Disney Pixar Wall-E. Based on the popular 2008 Pixar movie, Wall-E is a platforming adventure. While the game didn’t receive the same critical acclaim as the film, it’s still fun to play, especially if you remember the movie fondly.

February 17th will be a significant day for PlayStation Plus, with new games being added to Extra and Premium tiers. However, it also means saying goodbye to nine titles currently available on the service. These games – including Carto, Cult of the Lamb, New World: Aeternum, Rez Infinite, SaGa Frontier Remastered, Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition, Super Neptunia RPG, The Ascent, and WWE 2K25 – will be removed on that date.

PS Plus Games Leaving in February 2026

  • Carto
  • Cult of the Lamb
  • New World: Aeternum
  • Rez Infinite
  • SaGa Frontier Remastered
  • Spirit of the North: Enhanced Edition
  • Super Neptunia RPG
  • The Ascent
  • WWE 2K25

It’s disappointing to see any games leave the PlayStation Plus service, but the removal of Cult of the Lamb is particularly unfortunate. It’s a highly-rated game that just got new content, making its departure a real loss. If you’re interested in playing Cult of the Lamb or any of the other soon-to-be-removed games, now’s the time, as you may want to consider purchasing them to keep in your library.
