Completing these tasks frequently results in lucrative rewards, making them activities that we strongly advise players to partake in whenever feasible.
In this adventure, players will encounter a side mission called the “Superior Scrimshaw Quest” by talking to the Craftsman in Port Brilehaven’s Merchants’ Bazaar. The objective is to vanquish the formidable foe, the Orgas, and retrieve the Ebony Horn. It goes without saying that the challenges of the Tower of the Forsaken, located to the north, will not be a walk in the park.
How To Beat Orgas In Metaphor: ReFantazio (Superior Scrimshaw Quest)
In the Merchants’ Bazaar of Port Brilehaven towards late July in the game Metaphor: ReFantazio, players will receive the Superior Scrimshaw quest upon conversing with an NPC. This mission involves defeating the Orgas within the Forsaken Tower dungeon and gathering the Ebony Horn. Prior to embarking on this lengthy expedition, ensure your team is fully geared up and carries sufficient restorative supplies for the journey.
Mostly, the Forsaken Tower will be inhabited by Goborn foes, and you’ll find yourself in Potolpo before ascending the tower. Eliminate these enemies swiftly, for your time is limited. Continue climbing the tower, and eventually, you’ll arrive at the seventh floor, where Orgas stands watch. Before engaging in battle, save your progress. To successfully tackle the boss, choose the appropriate Metaphor: ReFantazio character types for your team. Since exploiting its weaknesses is crucial, ensure your party includes characters capable of inflicting Dark damage. This can be achieved by having a Thief or Assassin in your team, which will greatly enhance your chances.
Combat Strategy
Orgas’ primary danger lies in its overpowering physical might and assortment of debuffing abilities. When given the opportunity, employ Dark attacks to inflict damage and gain extra Turn Icons. During the boss’ turns, watch out for War Cry or Earsplitting Shriek. The former weakens the party’s Attack and Defense statistics, while the latter might cause Daze and heighten your chance of missing attacks. You can either fortify yourself with buffs, or push through and risk missing your attacks.
If Orgas employs Charge, aim to position your party members towards the rear line to dodge the impending strong assault, and use Guard to minimize incoming damage.
Keep up the pressure with Dark attacks, and you will soon emerge victorious.
In addition to the standard prizes, you’ll also receive the Ogre’s Fists, a handy item for the Brawler. Upon returning to the quest giver, you’ll also be rewarded with 25,000 Reeve and 4 Courage Points as a bonus.
